The company was founded by Eugene Steinberg, a highly skilled craftsman, who established a great sense of pride and integrity in his work. Eugene Steinberg self performed plumbing and heating installations and repair work while building the company. In 1964 Lewis Steinberg joined his father and in 1976 purchased the company. During this period Lewis and Eugene instilled a work ethic and standard of quality workmanship and mutual respect towards employees. This has caused employee retention to this date far better than most companies in the industry with a number of employees on staff with 25 to 50 years of service. In 2005 Bruce Robbin purchased the company and has continued instilling quality workmanship and teamwork. Since 2005 the company has grown and continues to grow into a full HVAC and plumbing design installation and service company committed to its customers.
