Our Projects

Commercial Office Space

We have completed both design/build and plan/specification projects for many major companies in Connecticut. Ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft to 150,000 sq. ft. Customers include ESPN, WVIT NBC TV 30, Connecticare, Moore Medical, AIG, The Hartford Insurance, Bluce Back Square, Ethan Allen, and Robinson Cole.

Medical Office Building

We specialize in medical office and out patient facilities. We have successfully completed numerous design/build medical projects. Our clients include Hartford Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital, Yale, Midstate Medical, Pro Health, Jefferson Radiology and ECHN. Facilities include Imaging Suites, Oncology Centers, Endoscopy Suites, Orthopedics, and Hand Surgery centers.

Commercial Warehouses

We have designed and installed 350,000 square foot distribution centers for Bob’s Furniture and Tire Rack. Included in both of these were ventilation systems. Processing piping including steam, compressed air, gases, and vacuums have been installed for Pratt and Whitney, Woods Group and Kaman Aerospace.

School projects

Our list of projects include child care facilities to university level projects. We’ve completed work for Trinity College, University of Connecticut, Renbrook School, Loomis Chaffe, and many more.
